When establishing Signature Consultants, the founding team recognized the importance of honesty, integrity, and transparency, not only in building connections in the industry, but also in building connectivity within the team. The company has grown and changed over the past 23 years, but Signature’s focus on employee development hasn’t wavered and continues to progress.

Under the leadership of Dr. Jay Cohen, founder and CEO, the Signature Consultants team works hard to develop and advance employees with its evolving training program, which recognizes an individual’s strengths and aligns them with the best career path. Signature is reaping the benefits of this approach as it continues to improve employee performance and fulfillment across all offices.

In recognition of its continuous development, Signature Consultants has been honored by Training magazine as a Training Top 125 Award recipient for the fourth year in a row. The award winners represent organizations from all over the world that excel in employee training and development. Signature’s employee development program received a top spot again this year, advancing from 92nd in 2019 to 47th in 2020.

The Training Top 125 has been hailed as the industry’s premier learning award for the past 20 years. Recipients are recognized for creating training programs that take a holistic approach to development initiatives, with practices sculpted by training program/scope, budget, reimbursement, infrastructure and delivery, evaluation/metrics, and human resources.

To rank award recipients, organizations are first judged by an outside research company that focuses on quantitative accomplishments. Second-level judging is conducted by the editor-in-chief of Training magazine and previous Top 10 Hall of Fame winners. Past recipients of the prestigious honor include IBM, Verizon, Farmers Insurance, Keller Williams, and Jiffy Lube.

This year’s award ceremony was part of the Training 2020 Conference and Expo hosted at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort at Walt Disney World. Members of Signature’s training and development team accepted the award at the Training Top 125 gala.
