​Alex Baldwin serves as DISYS and Signature Consultants’ General Counsel and Secretary, overseeing all legal and regulatory matters.

Prior to joining the organization, Mr. Baldwin was General Counsel of Hillcrest Laboratories, a venture-backed software company, where he was responsible for all legal and regulatory matters. Prior to Hillcrest, Alex served for 5 years as the EVP, General Counsel and Secretary of The HealthCentral Network, Inc., a venture-backed Internet company with a network of consumer health websites. At HealthCentral, Alex was responsible for all legal, regulatory, and HR matters and he negotiated and closed four acquisitions and then helped successfully sell the company.

Prior to HealthCentral, Alex was a Junior Partner at WilmerHale, a leading international law firm, where he practiced as a corporate transactional lawyer for emerging technology companies, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financings and initial public offerings.
