These accolades include being among the American Marketing Association’s “4 Under 40” Emerging Leaders, a recipient of PR Week’s “Rising Star,” and Ragan and PR Daily’s “Ace Communicator.” His 20-year career journey includes experiences across staffing, healthcare, and insurance, previously working in senior leadership roles at Aflac, Randstad US, Cross Country Healthcare and SFN Group.

Kip’s focus lies in developing and implementing strategies that better connect the Signature brand and its teams to the audiences they serve.
