To further enhance our competitive edge, we are searching for SALES-DRIVEN, GOAL-ORIENTED, and MONEY-MOTIVATED individuals who are interested in exploring the recruiting and sales industry. Our Internship Program is a fast track to a rewarding career in staffing. In this role, you will be working closely with recruiters and account managers to best understand the business and industry.

While adhering to weekly expectations, you will work to:

  • Explain and use the full recruiting cycle from beginning to end

  • Summarize the recruiting industry: including technology and business concepts as well as apply those concepts in the role of a recruiter

  • Shadow back-office processes to be able to interpret and explain the processes of the IT recruiting business

  • Comprehend how to identify and qualify candidates

  • Shadow consultant and client visits

Requirements include:

                          • ​Current undergraduate student seeking sales position upon graduation

                          • Ideal candidates will be SALES-DRIVEN, GOAL-ORIENTED, AND MONEY-MOTIVATED

                          • Must demonstrate outstanding verbal and written communication skills

                          • Candidates must demonstrate a high degree of self-motivation and possess a sense of urgency to achieve objectives and exceed expectations

                          • Must maintain a professional appearance, demeanor and approach to work

                          • Familiar with Microsoft Office including Microsoft Word and MS Outlook

                          • Must have a desire to learn and be capable of regularly using good judgment and discretion to accomplish goals and work requirements

                          • Must be currently authorized to work in the United States for any employer

What do we look for?

We look for students that are interested in a sales career and a culture that thrives in seeing each other work hard and succeed! 

How are candidates selected?

We offer a concise multi-step interview process that gives you the opportunity to meet the team members in the office you would be interning in! ​

When is it offered?

Our initial internship starts in the summer. In 2022, it will run May 23rd through July 29th. There is a potential opportunity to stay on for a remote fall and spring internship.

​Is it paid?

Yes! This is a paid internship!

Can you intern for multiple years?

YES! We love having interns for multiple years! We offer a program that builds each year to prepare you for a full-time career with Signature! ​

What do you learn in our internship program?

In our program, you will learn the basics of sales and recruiting. We teach you how to network and learn what others are motivated by while building long-standing relationships! Also, you will learn about our "develop and advance model" where you are given the opportunity to partake in our 310k in 3 years sales training program. ​
